Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer has scheduled the domestic partnership registry for public hearings on Monday December 5th and Monday December 12th at 2:00pm.
Take a moment to thank Mayor Buddy Dyer and the Orlando City Commission for their leadership on this critical issue.
Equality Florida is proud to have worked hand in hand with Mayor Dyer and advocates from Orlando Anti-Discrimination Ordinance Committee (OADO) to draft what will become Central Florida's first domestic partnership registry.
When passed, the registry will officially recognize Orlando's LGBT families and provide them with a number of vital rights and protections. Additionally, a domestic partnership registry will support our local economy by recruiting and retaining the best talent.
Take a moment to say "Thanks!" to Mayor Dyer and the Orlando City Commission for their leadership on this important issue. After you send a note, please make plans to attend the City of Orlando public hearings on December 5th and 12th @ 2:00pm at Orlando City Hall.
