SCOTUS Graphic 2.pngEverything we do is made possible by the continued support of people like you, who are committed to securing full equality for Florida’s LGBT community. Today we’re proud to announce that because of your commitment, Equality Florida was able to join 27 organizations spanning 23 states in submitting an amicus brief to the Supreme Court of the United States urging the justices to uphold the freedom to marry for everyone. This is truly an historic moment!

When our amicus brief is delivered to the Supreme Court, so too is your voice and that of Equality Florida’s 165,000 supporters as they join with other voices from across Florida and the nation, speaking one message – America is a free nation and that includes the freedom to marry for everyone.

If you’ve invested in our work recently, “Thank You.”  If you haven’t, please renew your support today with a contribution of $35, $50 or more.

The Supreme Court will hear the DOMA and Prop 8 cases on March 26 & 27 and, because of your support, they will know that millions of fair-minded Floridians are demanding equal treatment under the law.
