Equality Means Business Welcomes CSX

Great news!

CSX, one of the largest companies in the country, has signed on as the newest advisory board member of Equality Means Business.

Launched in 2010, Equality Means Business, is our campaign to spotlight major Florida employers who have adopted LGBT inclusive non-discrimination policies. CSX now joins the ranks of an impressive leadership team that includes BlueCross BlueShield of Florida, Carlton Fields, Citi, Community Bank, Creative Cities Productions, jetBlue Airways, Pepsico, RBC Wealth Management, Sweetbay Supermarket, Symantec, and Wells Fargo.

We are thrilled to welcome Susan Arko, Assistant Vice President of Customer Service Operations at CSX Corporation. With approximately 30,000 employees, CSX ranks 230th on the Fortune 500.

"I am proud to work for CSX, helping to shape our strategy and environment to be a reflection of the diverse world in which we live and work," said Arko. "Broadening the scope of that work by joining with others to improve the lives of the citizens of Florida is an honor."

With your continued support, Equality Florida will continue to build on the success of Equality Means Business, providing recognition, support and resources to businesses wishing to create fairer and more diverse workforce. Support Equality Florida's efforts to end workplace discrimination with a contribution today.
