Israeli Prime Minister visits LGBT Youth Center

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the Tel Aviv gay youth center on Thursday to express solidarity with LGBT leaders in the wake of a shooting on Saturday that killed a counselor and a teenage girl, according to the Jerusalem Post. The meeting, which was closed to media, marked the first time an Israeli prime minister visited a gay center.

On Wednesday evening, vigils continued to mark the tragedy, including an event in New York City where an Israeli official briefed Advocate.com on the status of the investigation.
